  • personal data of participants of the travel event,
  • other data necessary for performing the tourism agreement.

  • travel service providers,
  • payment service providers,
  • accounting offices,
  • IT service providers (e.g. website hosting).

In case of the international trips data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, if necessary for the provision of the travel service.

Data will be retained:

  • for the duration of the agreement,
  • for the period required by law (e.g. tax laws),
  • until the statue of limitations expires.

The User has the right to:

  • access of the data,
  • rectification of the data,
  • erasure of the data,
  • restrict processing of the data,
  • data portability,
  • object to the processing of the data,
  • file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The data provision is voluntary but neccessary to conclude and perform an agreement.  Failure to provide data will prevent the provision of services.
